Bill Ruschau, FSA, EA, MAAA,

Before joining UAS in 2012, Bill had over 25 years experience providing actuarial support to multiemployer, Taft-Hartley pension funds while working for a large national actuarial consulting firm. He was the lead actuarial consultant for several large multiemployer pension funds. Bill has authored several articles on issues facing multiemployer plans, and previously sat on the Professionals Committee of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Besides being an Enrolled Actuary (EA) under the provisions of ERISA, Bill is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction in Actuarial Science.
