Becky is Vice President and Senior Consultant with United Actuarial Services, Inc. (UAS) as well as a shareholder with the firm. She has been providing consulting services to multiemployer fringe benefit funds since joining the firm in 1995. Ms. Drews is the Health Care Practice Leader assisting in managing UAS’ healthcare department services. She currently serves as lead Benefits Consultant on 9 multiemployer healthcare funds, as well as co-consultant on 1 multiemployer pension fund.
She co-authored the article “Multiemployer Health Plan Targets in the IFEBP Benefits Magazine. She has also been a recent moderator/co-presenter on Cybersecurity Issues as well as Health Care issues and Trends at various IFEBP specialty conferences. She is also a member of the 2024 IFEBP Professionals Committee.
Becky’s areas of healthcare expertise include plan design strategies, compliance, mergers, financial modeling, vendor network analysis and renewals, and annual rate projections. In addition to her healthcare experience, she also has significant experience with multiemployer-defined contribution (“annuity”) plans. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
