Beth Crocker

Beth leads the UAS benefit calculation and QDRO team. Beth and her team are responsible for preparing Pension Benefit and QDRO (divorce) retirement calculations. To calculate these benefits, the team both interprets plan documents to ensure the correct benefits are calculated while also working with Plan Administrators to ensure plan requirements such as suspension of benefits and minimum required distributions are being followed. Beth also leads special projects requested by Plan Administrators and Fund Attorneys such as actuarial factor tables and calculation reviews for Summary Plan Descriptions.

Beth joined UAS in 2016 as a full-time benefits processor with over 12 years of management experience at a prominent Indianapolis law firm. Beth also consults on multiemployer defined contribution (“annuity”) plans. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies and a Master of Business Administration.
