Jake joined UAS in 2023 and serves as a Benefits Consultant and employee shareholder. Prior to joining UAS, Jake worked in multiemployer health and welfare fund consulting, serving as a Benefits Consultant since 2021. In his current role, Jake provides consulting services and analytic support delivered to 6 UAS health fund clients. His areas of specialty include benefit design, claims analytics, financial analysis, and ad hoc special project support. Jake has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double-major in Actuarial Science and Risk Management & Insurance. Jake is also a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
